What a guided user is
Most onboarding tools bill you for everyone who logs in, whether they ever saw anything or not. We count the people who actually watched a guide.
What counts
One person, one month. Someone who sees at least one of your published guides inside your product.
Watch five guides across ten sessions and you are still one guided user.
What does not count
Anyone who loads a page and never sees a guide.
Your own team recording, editing or previewing.
Views on public share links and demos embedded on your marketing site.
If you hit the cap
We email you at 80 percent, and again when you get there.
Guides pause for new users until the next month or until you upgrade. Anyone mid-guide finishes it.
No overage invoice. Not now, not ever.

No. Invite your whole team, including support and sales. The person who records the best guide is often not the person who bought the tool, and charging for that seat would be a strange way to run this.
