Data Deletion Instructions
You can delete your Reveal account, and the data linked to it, at any time. This includes any data we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google.
Delete your account yourself
Sign in at app.reveal.software.
Open Settings from the account menu.
Go to the Security tab.
Click Delete account and confirm.
To delete a workspace and everything in it, open the workspace’s Settings, then choose Danger zone → Delete workspace.
Ask us to delete it
If you can’t sign in, email hey@reveal.software from the address on your account with the subject line “Delete my data”. We’ll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account information (name, email address, profile picture)
The link between your Reveal account and your Facebook or Google login
Recordings, guides and workspace data you created
See our Privacy Policy for how long backups are kept and what happens to guides a customer has published in their own product.
Removing Reveal from Facebook
You can also remove Reveal’s access from your Facebook account: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Reveal, and click Remove.
